Responsible for guest experience, providing a seamless check-in & check-out experience for RSVP guests. Handle all requests in a timely manner, including setup for experience add-ons. Front desk employees are also responsible for managing guest billings/invoices. Assist with taking to-go orders for the Farmer’s Daughters Cafe. Strong customer service skills are important.
Housekeeping (RSVP Hotel)
Overall expectation of keeping the hotel and cafe presentable including: cleaning guest rooms in a timely manner; assisting with cleaning The Farmer’s Daughters cafe; maintaining RSVP lobby. Attention to detail is important.
Barista (The Farmer’s Daughters)
Preparing and serving hot and cold drinks such as coffee and speciality beverages. Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, utensils and equipment. Cleaning service and seating areas. Describing menu items and suggesting products to customers.
Front of House (The Farmer’s Daughters)
All-encompassing role at the Farmer’s Daughter Cafe. Working all cafe stations including barista, smoothie, cashier, and runner. Expectation of knowing the menu well, and creating a healthy and fun atmosphere for all guests. Strong customer service skills are important.
Line Cook (The Farmer’s Daughters)
Line cook for the Farmer’s Daughter Cafe. serving breakfast and lunch options. Expected to know the menu. Creating healthy and delicious menu items for all guests and a strong plate presentation.
Dishwasher (The Farmer’s Daughters)
Washes all wares including pots, plans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers. Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
