Best Boujee Brunch in the BZN
Brunch is the boujee-est meal of the day, and here in the BZN, we know how to do it right. Order up a round of mimosas and taste Big Sky flavor—after a luxurious morning lie-in, of course! Here are our fave places to raise a glass to mid-morning.
The Farmer’s Daughters
Of course, we love it here, even if we may be a little biased. Conveniently located on-site at the RSVP and full of health-scene flavor and good vibes, the Farmer’s Daughters makes brunch a competitive sport. You’ll find a whole bunch of smoothies and bowls, with avo toast and a few guilty pleasures as well. The good news is, the pastries definitely don’t fall into the guilty-pleasure category, with keto offerings that will make your mouth water and keep you healthy to boot.
Jam!
Jam is all about brunch, and as they say, this isn’t just bread and butter… Breakfast is served all day, with some lunchy items thrown in after 11 on Mondays through Fridays. But this is about the first meal of the day. Start your day off juicy with fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice and then move on to the main course with choices between dishes like crepes, waffles, eggs benedict, and plenty more.
Nova
The food at Nova is super, and the atmosphere jives with a chill morning. You’ll love the quirk of local art on the walls and classic diner-style with none of the grease. The artwork isn’t the only thing local on the menu, either. Their list of local suppliers is basically never-ending, so you know that everything you put in your mouth is good for you and sustainable, too.
Feed Cafe
Combine brunching with some boutique shopping at Feed Cafe, with the General Store to peruse after you’re done noshing. The handcrafted gifts, jewelry, and accessories add even more made in Montana to the menu. Brought to you by the creators of NOVA, Feed (you’ll spot the classic red barn, no problem) is the perfect spot to get your brunch on.
The Coffee Pot
The Coffee Pot Bakery and Cafe is locally owned and operated, with tons of cute and charm to fuel your morning, along with delicious sweet and savory faves. The breakfast menu includes award-winning cinnamon rolls for cheat days, with healthy options that are just as delicious. This is an unbeatable stop on the way to Big Sky for a cheeky day trip.
Sola
Sola’s health food and local market (complete with totally cute gifts) is a great stop, especially to check mountain views from their upstairs seating area. When sunshine beckons, their patio is there for sunning yourself and enjoying a breeze. It’s best to cool off with an iced tea or lemonade from their drink bar.
Wild Crumb
For classic French bakery vibes and outdoor seating to rival the best Parisian sidewalk cafe, Wild Crumb is a must. Grab your pastry and coffee to get ready to soak in some rays out in the garden. Artisan bread and pastries are the dream combo here, so bust out your beret and get brunching. It’s completely worth every single carb.
