Awesome Events: Give Big Gallatin Valley
Presented by the Yellowstone Club Community Foundation and powered by the Bozeman Area Community Foundation, this online event is a perfect way to give back if you’re stoked about the community here in the Gallatin Valley. With the goal of connecting donors to worthy local causes, this event makes giving look even greater on you than an LBD. Give Big Gallatin Valley is a 24-hour giving event to support valued nonprofits around Bozeman and beyond! Even if you’re not a resident, you can get involved and donate online, giving big or small to make a difference.
From 6 pm on May 2 to 6pm on May 3, join in the giving to give back and support great causes. The best part is, you can get involved with the BZN community without having to book your plane ticket. In three years, the Give Big event has raised more than $2.5 million for area nonprofits. Only verified 501(c)(3) organizations located in or serving in the Gallatin Valley can qualify for the fundraiser; so you know that the places you are donating to are legit.
Prizes
You can give even more when you sign on to give during a prime prize time. From 11 pm to 6 am, the Night Owl donor challenge gives an extra $500 to the nonprofit with the most unique donors during that time period. If late nights aren’t your jam, jump online right after your workout and before your protein smoothie. From 6 am to 7 am, as a rise and shine bonus, $500 will be added to the gift of a random donor—so even a dollar donation has the power to be big. For all the prize-giving times and rules, check out the Give Big site.

And as a nonprofit, they thrive on your donation dollars.
